Cancellation Policy
At The Color Lab, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared to give you a one-of-a-kind experience. Out of respect for our time and yours, we kindly ask that you honor the following:
Deposits: A $50 deposit is required at booking to secure your session. This deposit is applied toward your total.
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to shorten or reschedule your session. Deposits will not be refunded for late arrivals.
No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full service amount. Future bookings may require full prepayment.
